I read on Al Jazeera that
U.S. aid to Pakistan has been > $20 billion since 2001. That's quite a bundle to pay for an unreliable ally. Although many terrorists have been killed, they are like financial-suicide bombers. If each extermination costs a million dollars, who is winning, who is losing? I wonder how many jobless Americans would prefer that $20 billion had been used on job creation here in the U.S.
